Welcome to our website. We are hoping that after looking at our website, you will want to join our guild.
The York County Quilters love to quilt. We love getting together in groups, large, small, doesn’t matter the size, we just love sharing about quilting.
Since organizing in 1995, quilters from all corners of York County and surrounding areas (including the city of Charlotte) have been meeting once a month for programs, show and tell, special door prizes and just plain fun.
Some of the varied opportunities offered by the guild include: block exchange, biennial quilt show, a heart block quilt made for members who are hospitalized, making small quilts and tote bags for the Children’s Attention Home, participating in the national "Little Dresses for Africia", charm groups, an extensive library and workshops taught by local, state and national teachers.
